Is a Rate Hike a Done Deal After the Fed Minutes?

The Federal Reserve has finally expressed interest in raising rates, which is expected to come in December. However, the Fed is data dependent and this is not a guarantee going forward, a lack of a raise in rates would signal that the economy is still in a fragile state. Rates are forecasted to be increased by a minimal amount. Brian believes that the big question going forward is what happens after rates have been initially raised.
