Kurt Fritz is the lead writer of the Fritz Report blog, a weekly blog that intertwines news and current events into market-driven discussions. His posts range in content from trend analysis, to interviews with Performance Trust subject matter experts, to investing, ultimately looking at data and insights that can help investors become more informed.

Kurt is a Partner with Performance Trust. Throughout his career with the firm, he was a speaker and developer of the curriculum for our Performance Trust University courses and was also involved in trading, analytics, and management. Prior to joining The Performance Trust in 1995, Kurt spent five years at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange as an options trader. This experience of valuing and trading options is invaluable in his analysis of the complex securities with embedded options that are available in the marketplace today. This knowledge and experience allow Kurt to help financial institutions around the country make better risk/reward decisions in fixed income investing.
